Doing These 3 Things Each Day Will Change Your Life

In today's video I'm going to be telling you the 3 productivity hacks that I found out that have been the guiding force for most of the success in my life. These types of videos are a little different to normal, as I usually give direct strategy videos but this is the sort of content I also like to create, so I hope you enjoy.
1. The one thing.. rather than ticking off a big list of shit each day, feeling productive but achieving little result. I instead focus on ticking off the one big thing that is going to bring the most impact. If you don't know what your one big thing is each day, it's your one big thing that day to create your weekly list. Do this for a few days and you'll see the biggest changes in all areas of your life. The key is to ask specific questions. For example, you can ask. What's the one thing I can do to reduce 90% of the stress in my business and personal life? What's the one thing I can do to increase my sales by 500% within 30 days.
2. Cold showers... these little bastards are the biohack of the century. There is so much data and so many studies done of the benefits of cold showers. I start my day with one every single day and I've never been sick since I started, as a bonus.
3. Spaced repetition learning... want to seem incredible smart and have the ability to recall information at the drop of the hat? This little method is incredible for learning anything. You can use flash cards or for certain topics like language there are programs like ANKI that use an AI to make better decisions.
